The workshop consists of 3 parts, each focusing on one of the following Success Factors:

In this section, each member will identify their most lucrative new business opportunities and define incremental, results-oriented milestones that will enable them to build long-term business value.
- Motivate Committed Customers: help each member focus on motivating their customers to commit to their company and give the company a substantial share of the customer’s love, loyalty and purchases. In this section, each member will determine their desired customer actions that will unleash the potential of new opportunities, articulate their ideal customer beliefs that will motivate customers to act with commitment and define customer experience enhancements that will lead to Brand Harmony and encourage compelling customer beliefs.
- Inspire a Committed Team: help each member focus on inspiring their team to commit to their company and motivate customers through engaging customer experiences each and every day. In this section, each member will explore the shared employee behaviors that deliver engaging customer experiences, clarify the shared beliefs that will inspire their team to act with commitment and determine the employee experience that will engage their team, nurture their culture and encourage compelling shared beliefs.
